Default Ice maker water won't shut off
Model Number: rs229gcw5   Brand: White-Westinghouse   Age: More than 10 years   
Ice maker water flow continues after ice tray is full. Switched water dispenser valve and ice maker valve still had same results. What senses the water level in the ice cube tray? Can it be adjusted or does the board need to be replaced. This board is about one year old.

Most likely the problem is a bad PC board. Unfortunately this part as well as a whole new ice maker for this fridge are no longer available.
