Replacing water reservoir

Model Number: ARS2667BC Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a frozen water reservoir and have been unsuccessful trying to thaw it short of emptying the unit and letting it stand open for several days (hairdryer did not work). How can I remove the reservoir and thaw or replace it? Is there somewhere I can find directions on how to do this?
