there is water leaking in the freezer compartment and forming ice at the bottom shelf. I have turned off the water to the fridge thinking maybe the ice maker was leaking and the problem is still there.
Where should I be looking to solve this problem?

It Sound Like Drain Is Blocked In Drain Trough Behind Freezer Panel .the Easiest Way Is To Defrost Fridge An Unblock Drain Trough To Drain Pan Under Fridge ,i Use Compressed Air To Blow It Clean , Who Knows What You Will Find In Hose ,when I Am At A Customer I Use A Commercial Heater Gun To Melt The Ice In Drain
