Freezer compartment leaking on the floor in front of door and, ice also forming on floor of freezer :(

Most likely the problem is a clogged and/or frozen drain under the evaporator coil in the freezer.

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and defrost the drain, using a hair dryer. Run a cup of hot water to make sure it goes through.
