My upright freezer is not cooling as well as it did. Items inside are not staying frozen. Temp inside is showing 19 degrees at the back but items in the door shelves are soft or liquid.

The freezer compressor is operating and will run and shut off after a period. I used to notice the freezer would pull a vacume when the door was shut and you heard the air being pulled out of it. I am not hearing that sound now.

I do have gauges as I am an ASE Master Tech.
The unit is less than 4 years old so I would think the Freon system should still be under warranty.

Thanks for any help,
Ken TN

Pull the back freezer panel off and check and post the frost pattern.
