It seems that when the defrost cycle activates, the water accumulates inside the bottom of the refrigerator instead of going to the drip pan. Is something clogged ? How do I fix this problem ? It just started this week.

I do property management for abt 50 vacation condos with many different makes and models of refrigerators and we have this problem continuously! Water accumulates in the drawers and on the bottom of the refrigerator and there is condensation along the top of the inside of the refrigerator. Our appliance repair contractors suggestion EVERY time we call is "I've got a new one I can sell you cheap" ... I don't want new ones, I want to solve the problem - surely this is something that can be solved. Gene ... ya out there good buddy?? HELP!
