Hello,
i have side by side refrigerator that suddenly the door ice and water dispenser stopped working.When you actuate the dispenser lever for water or ice,nothing happens,not even the dispenser bulb light comes on when the lever is actuated.
If you push any other button,and actuate the dispensing lever the light on button that was pushed goes off.
The ice tray is full of ice but is not making any more ice.
This has happened before and we fixed it by turning power off to refrigerator for a few minutes,and plugging it back.
no such luck anymore.
any ideas as to what is wrong?

I had a VerY simular problem with a Maytag. It ended up being the fountain control board. I don't know if it is the same solution, but the problem was the same. Worth a look!

hello,
i also found out that the digital temperature adjustment is not working either,i suspect very low temperature setting along with our high humidity (75%) is causing frost in some electronic board and causing it to work intermittently
