After filling a glass with cold water, the flow from the dispenser would not stop. I almost got flooded out before getting the valve on the feed water shut off! This is a side by side freezer/refrigerator. Is it a malfunctioning feed valve at the back of the refrigerator, a defective micro switch on the dispenser lever, or something else? How to fix?
