Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

I have a problem with ice cubes.The water is just fine from the dispencer but the cubes after melt down, the water is fugy.
I cleaned the ice maker & holder but still the same. I disconected the feed line to ice maker and let the water fill my glass a couple of times and the glass water is clean. Can not figure it out what's the problem. I have spent many hrs., Can some one please help me, thanks in advance

By the way, after the ice cubes melts in the glass the water seems to be poluted and fuzzy when I stir but after a minute it seteles down in a buttom of glass.
