Hi everyone,
My Kenmore side-by-side water dispenser stopped working. When I push the dispense button, I hear a loud screeching noise from behind the fridge. Can't tell if it is at the top or bottom. It sounds like a belt slipping on a motor or something like that, but I don't think it has a water pump + motor?? The water resevoir is empty and there is a puddle under the fridge.

Before I moved the fridge and noticed the puddle, I changed the filter thinking that maybe it was clogged, etc. After installing the new filter I still heard the screeching noise. Thats when I moved the fridge to investigate and noticed the puddle.

Any ideas what to check or replace?
