Kitchenaid stand alone icemaker not working
Model Number: KU1S155HBL3 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi,
I have a Kitchen Aid stand alone icemaker that has worked great until today. Recently, the condensor has been vibrating a rumbling more than usual but it still made ice, so I didn't think anything was wrong. Now, the compressor won't turn on and you can smell a burned electrical smell around the unit. I took the front grate off and there was a bunch of dust blocking the evaporator coils, so I cleaned those. Is there anything anyone can suggest for me to troubleshoot this problem?
