refridgerator cools but never restarts

Model Number: ed25qfxh00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

refridgerator quits cooling if you turn off and back on it will start cooling again enough to freeze water in ice maker and then stop cooling I have put a new relay and overload on compressor but that did not fix
