Red Flashing Light on Panel

Model Number: 52759100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

My Ice Maker does not work and the Red Flashing Light is Flashing Twice on the Control Panel? I have replaced the Water Value has been replaced and the control panel have been replaced. What is wrong?
