Freezer/Fridge not cooling
 

Fan blowing. Some cooling in lower freezer. Non in fridge.
I have pulled apart the back of unit but dont know what I am really looking for or at. I suspect issue is condenser. Comments?
Is there an online manual where I can see schematics for parts?

Is the freezer compartment all frosted up?
If so, and the Evap. fan motor is working, then you have a defrost issue. Either timer, termination stat, or heater element.
If your compressor is trying to start, but humming and clicking, then it is bad.
If your compressor is running but quieter that normal, then you most likely have a sealed system issue.
Is the condenser fan in the back working?
Condenser coil clean and not full of animal hair?

Coils are cleaned. Fan in back is running.
I placed two bottles of water in freezer. One on top shelf is not freezing. One on bottom does freeze. Fridge isnt cooling

Is the fan in the freezer working?
