My Refrigerator Samsung RB1855VQ Fan won't come on. I replaced the board, but it still won't work. I have 120 Vac at the board going to Freezer Fan. I have nothing at the Refrigerator Fan output terminal. I Checked the old board and the output Voltages are exactly the same, old board and new board. I took the back panel off the refrig and tested the leads. No volts to the fan everything else is cold; it seems if the fan would come on my problem will be fixed. The beeping coming from the board is driving nuts. I don't have the wiring schematic with voltages and resistance values. Just the wire diagram which tells me which wire goes where. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
