Whirlpool slow ice maker?

Model Number: GD5SHAXLB00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

over the last few days our ice maker has slowed to the point it is not able to keep up with consumption. It is maybe making 1 or 2 trays a day it seems. Someof the cubes do not seem as large as the should be. A year or so ago we replaced the control board and the ice maker.

Any Suggestions?
