Ice maker stopped. I have 120vac @ test points N&L. Shorted points T&H which caused motor to rotate and tray to fill. What now?

Sounds like the ice maker thermostat is the culprit. I would recommend to replace the whole ice maker because something else can be bad as well, and the rate of successful ice makers repair is pretty low.

You have to use the harness, cover and arm from the old ice maker.

If you left the jumper in and it still didn't work, you may have a bad connection to the mold heater= new icemaker time. Also, Make sure your freezer temperature is less than 15 degrees.
