What fan are you talking about - the evaporator fan or the condenser fan?

How did you test the power to the fan motor?

Gene.

In most cases the evaporator fan motor has to be replaced together with the main control board.

- The part number for the main control board is AP3950129

Here are the break down diagrams for the GE refrigerator Model GTS22IBMARWW

Default How to remove fan from pin holding it

I need to remove and replace a fan from a GE freezer. Can you tell me how you removed the fan from the little pin holding it in place?

Tari, I'm not sure I understand what pin your talking about. The fan is mounted to a bracket, that attaches to the plastic support orifice. you should be able to unscrew the motor mount from the plastic, remove it, and get access to the fan

Default Fan

The little pin the fan spins on. I think the back side of the pin (deeper in the freezer closer to the wall) is then attached to the motor that spins it.

You want to know how to replace the fan blade or the fan motor? If you just need to replace the blade, just pull it off the shaft

Default Fan blade replacement

I just need to replace the fan blade, not the motor. I can't get the blade off of the shaft. That is the problem.
