ref and freezer will not cool
Model Number: frt18c5a Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
Unit ran fine until I turned it off for about two weeks and cleaned it and let it stand with doors open to air out. When i turned it back on, it would not cool in ref or freezer. Fan in freezer blew out warm air. I replaced the starting capacitor at the compressor, no help, and now I have a starter, #ap2114989 coming from your company due here April 1, tomorrow..
But now I have been told I should have ordered the cold control instead... What is your opinion? Thanks Al Shaw
