Do you mean it's leaking "IN" the freezer and dripping through the door onto your floor? Or do you mean the leak is actually coming from under the unit? If it's the first 1 your defrost drain is likely frozen. Unplug unit for 24hrs with door open. If its the 2nd the pan under neath is cracked or broken or the drain hose fell off or is damaged.

Default leaking water from freezer

Yes from the freezer into the frig compartment. I can see the drain tube on the ceiling of the frig and there was ice. I used a hair dryer to melt it, but going back to my original question I want to remove the floor in the freezer for access.

I do not believe it is possible to remove the freezer floor.
