Interactive Display Has Led Displays For Top And Lower Temperature Settings. The 88 Led On The Left Has Only A Flashing Led On The Lower Left While The 88 Led On The Right Has A Flashing Led On The Upper Right. Samsung Tells Me It Is In Child Lock Mode And Yet The Child Lock Light Is Not Lite. Holding The Child Lock Button Down For A Minimun Of 3 Seconds Provides No Help. I Have Unplugged And Plugged The Unit Back In, But Still Only These Leds Flash And I Have No Control Over Any Settings. Any Suggestions???

Sounds like the control board (#6 on the diagram) has gone bad. You can replace the control board itself or as an assembly with the cover (#2).

- The control board Part number: AP4139222

Gene Per your recommendation to replace Part number AP4139222 on my Samsung RB215LASH refrigerator, I still have the same problem.
Previous message stated Interactive Display has Led Displays for top and lower temp settings. The 88 Led on the left has only a flashing Led on the lower left while the 88 Led on the right has a flashing Led on the upper right. No change after replacing this part. What else could create this problem?????

Check if the connector of the upper hinge cover is inserted well. Make sure all other connectors are good. If there is nothing wrong, then you probably have to call an authorized service.

You probably have to remove the cover (#8 on the diagram).
