Both the refrigerator and freezer will stop cooling

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']I have ED25PQXDW01 Whirlpool refrigerator. Both the refrigerator and freezer will stop cooling and warm up. When I turn the temperature adjustment for the refrigerator to the off position and then back to a setting of 3 or greater it will start up again. Both will remain running if both the freezer and refrigerator temperature adjustment are set to almost max cooling. Food in refrigerator freezes.[/font]

Did you find a fix for this? I have a similar Whirlpool frige doing the exact same thing. What did you do?
