Ice has built up on the "ceiling" of the refrigerator comparment (ie under the freezer). As the ice melts it floods the compartment. No water seems to be reaching the drain pan underneath the unit. It's not clear from the manual what should be unblocked (and where) to restore correct flow. Any suggestions will be most gratefully received.
