Remove the freezer back panel and defrost the coils, should be 100 % frozen, if not tell us the frost pattern.
Remove the defrost heater and check to see if it is broken. If so, order it here.Part #AP4355467

Thanks Rich when we get that part out will it be visible to the eye if its broken? Not to sound silly but how do I tell if its broken? Should I look for a physical break? hole or crack?
