replaced water valve.,still no water out of water dispensor on front of door. water comes out of valve when dr swt is pushed. its almost like the line is frozen inside fzr dr, is this possible and what do I do about it. ice works fine

Yes, it is possible. Disconnect the water line under the freezer door, put the end of the tube in a bucket and push the water dispenser release lever. If water comes out with good pressure then the water line inside the freezer door is frozen.

Make sure the temperature in the freezer is not bellow 0°F. Unplug the refrigerator and defrost it with the freezer door open.
