Kitchen Aid Ice Maker

The refrigerator/ice maker combination was left unattended for about four months while we were away. On return the ice maker worked for a short time and then stopped. The freezer was allowed to thaw in case the water supply tube was frozen. The ice maker worked for a short time and then stopped again. The freezer was again thawed and turned back on. This time water had apparently flowed out of the ice maker molds before the freezer reached freezing temperature and some water froze on the ice maker motor. There was a faint burnt smell following this. The ice maker switch in the freezer was "on", the LED flashed twice with a short pause when the freezer door was opened and lighted steadily when the flapper was pushed back. The refer water dispenser works normally with the same flow with and without a filter.
A new ice maker motor module, ice stripper and ejector were installed, but ice maker still has not operated. When connected to power, a test light illuminates between Test Points L & N and between T & H, but not between L & H, L & M nor N & V. The end of the black water supply hose in the freezer does not appear to be frozen. The ice maker switch in the freezer is "on", the LED flashes twice with a short pause when the freezer door is opened, and illuminates steadily when the flapper door is push flush to the side of the freezer.
Any assistance will be most appreciated.
