first problem water poors out of water dispencer we just replaced the water reservior due to it cracked but this problem has been going on since it was given to us we dont know how to fix it we put a cap on the resevior tube to stop the water flow so how do we fix this? we cant find out where is the problem

also since we had the water shut off due to the resevior leaking in the fridge now no water will go in the ice maker it just wont go in the line in back of the fridge.
we need servier help on this fridge i sware i will never accept anything free again! plus we dont even have a book so we will also need instructions on how to fix these things.

Most likely the problem is a bad water inlet valve (on the back of the fridge).

if we hook up the water tube from the reserver after we install this new part the valve in the back will the water work right or will it poor out of the water dispenser all over my house again?
