My Icemaker Went Out And I Was Told To Get An Im6, Your Parts Department Says That The Im6 Is Only For New Installations And The Right Part Would Be (ap4345120). Which Is The Right Part? And Can You Tell Me If The Ap4345120 Has A 4 Or 6 Prong Plug. Thanks.

The IM6 icemaker will work on any GE refrigerator with the exception oft the round cube icemakers. I am sure the other one will work as well but the IM6 works I would buy the cheaper one. GE Icemaker Repair Guide
