As requested by someone, we checked the damper on our fridge(our fridge is like a freezer. Everything freezes including the milk.). We found that the damper is motorized and we could hear the gears turning on the inside. Therefore, is the problem really he damper? Is there another place or thing we should be looking at or should we just call in a repairman?
Please help! I am getting frustrated with my milk and vegetables freezing before I can use them.
