Freezing issue
Model Number: 106.55542401 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a Kenmore Coldspot side-by-side refrigerator (Model number - 106.55542401). The refrigerator items are all freezing and the water dispenser stopped dispensing water. I believe that the thermostat may need to be replaced, but I am not sure where it is located. I looked through the owners manual, but to no avail. Both the freezing and the water dispenser not operating started at the same time, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Most likely the problem caused by the air diffuser (#24 on the break down diagram) stuck open.
- The part number for the air diffuser is AP3044131 Gene.
