GE Monogram side by side fan problem
Model Number: ZISB48DYB Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Came back from Thanksgiving holiday and found the freezer had begun to thaw. Seemed like it may have iced up because there was no air flow (which has happened before) so I powered down and began to clean the coil while letting the ice melt.
Next day when I powered up, everything seemed fine but I notice still no air moving. I opened up then panel covering the fan and saw the fan was not moving. I checked the fan for voltage and there was none. I applied voltage to the fan to see if would work and it did. I can't understand what is wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
