GE - fridge freezing in drawers, freezer not freezing at top, but coils frozen over
Model Number: GSS25TGP/GSS25TSR Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My 4 year old GE side by side is freezing stuff in the vegetable and meat drawers in fridge side, and the freezer side has water dripping off ice maker, but the bottom seems to be frozen. Also, the water line was not working, but I think it was frozen, because I used a blow dryer to warm up the area in the bottom of the fridge and that seemed to work for a day.
Is this the evaporator fan? Is that something a person that is a little handy can replace? What is a good test to find out what the problem is exactly? Thanks in advance for your replies! -David Ads By Google Related Models
