Model Number: FV 16 CWD Brand: Hotpoint Age: More than 10 years
My freezer cools to the low 20 degrees. The comp. runs, lines leading to and from the comp. are hot and cool, comp. seems maybe too hot. The side of the freezer is quite hot. Thermostat seems to operate. To ensure that the door seal is tight I tied it closed overnight. There is a good bit of frost inside the box. Some small amount of water on floor; can't tell where it is coming from Any hope???
