the power went out of my house and when it came back on my freezer went out and fridge. but the bottom of my fridge is still cold. what could be my problem.

If compressor is not running, you probably have a blown adaptive defrost board in the fridge section. Just verify by checking the voltage to the compressor. Board part # AP3214257
