The ice maker is making ice but the grid will not cut the ice fast enough. When I first touch the grid it is warm and then after a few seconds it is not warm any more. If I take the sheet of ice off of the grid it will produce fairly quickly but if I leave it on the ice melts on the grid. How hot does the grid need to be and is it normal for the grid to get cool after you touch it. I am wondering if I have a grid problem. Any help would be appreciated.
