Whirpool not cooling/freezing
Model Number: GC5SHGXLB01 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Last night, our SxS was no longer frozen in the freezer and not cold in the fridge. I didn't hear the motor running even though lights were on. I turned the power off at the switch. Turned it back on & the motor started running. Today, the freezer temp is 55 degrees farhenheit. What can we check/do before I call for a repair technician?
