Model Number: MSD2745FRW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Have a Maytag Side by side refridgerator with ice maker/water dispenser. We are having a problem with ice forming at the bottom of the freezer section. Anyone have any idea where the water is coming from to form the ice and what we can do to stop it from forming?

You may have a plugged drain tube, many models incorporate a p-trap style condensate drain tube... This tube carries condensate from the defrost cycle to the condensate pan underneath the fridge... Use a hair dryer to remove all ice in the bottom of the freezer; locate and remove any ice or scum buildup in the drain tube to ensure drainage...
