Model Number: KBFA20ERSS Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
Have new HV Board . . . how do you open the plastic housing containing the old board? Thanks.

Remove the screw(s) holding the cover (#6 on the break down diagram).
Remove the cover. Remove the screws holding the spacer (#21 on the break down diagram). - The part number for the HV board is AP4014050 Gene.
