I have a Jenn-Air JSD2690HES side by side fridge/freezer that is not consistently releasing ice. It will make the ice but the ice stays in the tray instead of being pushed out into the bin. I have found that if I hold the door switch in and give the "fingers" a small push down, then close the door, the ice maker will start moving the fingers and drop the cubes down into the bin. But on the next cycle it will do the same thing. Make ice but not drop it unless I help it. When I'm lucky, I can get a few days, sometimes a month of consistent ice making before the problem comes back. Now's one of the times it is back and I'm sick of it. Help!!
