I have a GE Cafe side-by-side fridge/freezer that's not cooling properly. It's set to 0/37degs, and it's currently completely empty and sitting at 21/48degs. The fan seems to be running constantly. I'm frosted (pun intended) of course because of the cost and age of this model. Any guidance on what may be wrong would be great. GE couldn't get someone to come out to look at it for 3 days, and in the meantime we're without a fridge.
