Ice Maker Quit Working

Model Number: GS5SHAXNL01 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

Ice maker quit working. Sill able to get water from the door.
The infared sensor still flashes through the ice bucket when the door is closed. Could it be that one of the sensors is bad telling the ice maker that the bucket is full and not to produce in ice.
