Fridge warm, freezer working fine, frost build up in freezer

Just replaced the infamous Adaptive Defrost Board. Defrosted the fridge with a blow dryer. Repowered unit. How long should it take before the fridge gets back to normal? Should I also replace the defrost timer or thermostat if frost still appears in freezer?

thanks in advance for your great advice and service!
