Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years   
WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE SIDE BY SIDE ICE AND WATER IN THE DOOR. THE ICE MAKER IS NOT PRODUCING ICE ANY MORE. JUST BOOM, ALL THE SUDDEN NO ICE. HUBBY THINKS IT IS A WATER INLET VALVE, OR SOMETHING IS NOT TRIPPING THE MOTOR. hELP????

Hi Howie,

This is one of most common problems.

You can find the complete troubleshooting instructions in one of my previous posts: no water pumping to icemaker

- The part number for the water valve is AP3160649
