Dispenses water, but no ice

Model Number: ed22dwxtn00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years

Makes ice cubes and dispenses water ok, but when ice leve is depressed, no motor sound or dispensing of ice. Suspect and will test dispenser motor and door switch.

Two questions--1: Your "Dispenser Front Parts " diagram shows two switches---one marked Ice Switch and one marked Water and ice switch----are both switches used and how. 2: How is front panel removed to get to switches (part #40).?
