Hi
My KitchenAid KSRS25ILBL01 Refrigerator is not cooling but freezer is Cold. I put Thermometer in refrigerator area and temperature is around 60 F. Even I bring down dial of thermostat, it will not go cooler that 70F

I have checked below:
1) Compressor is working
2) Condenser Fan is Working
3) Evaporator Fan is Running
4) I opened Evaporator section I did not see any frost. Since i was there I change Thermostat anyways. I tested Heater Element and It is good. I was getting resistant when i connected wires on both side.
4) There is Duct in Freezer, I can feel Cold Air coming into Freezer.
5) There is Section in Refrigerator area, Air coming from Freezer to Refrigerator, I put my hand and i can feel very little air coming here compare to what I can feel in Freezer.

So I think Frosting system is working. and Do not see any frost build up. Only one thing I notices is the where door closes on both door (Freezer and refrigerator) it was very hot 90/100 F. Is that a feature to keep door away from ice build up ?

What could be the issue ? What can I look at to troubleshoot issue ?
