Hi,

I have an older model GE Profile refrigerator. Water has been gathering in the bottom of the crisper area, and sometimes on the top shelf, but not that much. I assume by reading the web that it might be a clogged drain from the freezer. I think I found the plug on the back, it looks like this, http://www.appliance-repair-it.com/images/draintrap.jpg , except it's black. I can't figure out how to dislodge it, I don't want to force it. Does it just pull back from the refrigerator?

Thank you,

Paul
