I have a Red Bull (TRUE REFRIDGERATION) fridge that is only mildly cooling.
Problem started two months ago when house power went out. Tried unplugging several times. Pulled unit out and checked: Pump has a slight vibration, cleaned radiator (Condenser?), interior fan is blowing.
Listened to unit cycle. Heard click and a slight sipping sound from radiator. Not a gurgling sound. Is there a recharge valve?

Model:
TRUE REFRIDGERATION
MODEL GDM-10
REFRIDG UNIT TAP0413YXA
REFIG TYPE R134A
