I have a two year old KitchenAid 24 Cu. Ft. Standard-Depth Four Door French Door Refrigerator, Architect® Series II where the ice maker cycles continuously, but does not make ice, or fill the tray with water.

I am able to use the water dispenser on the front of the frig just fine, and the it is connected to a RO system with all filters replaced every 6 months (including the frig's). I wanted to ask for assistance before I start replacing parts hap-hazzardly.
