I have an Allavino wine fridge by beverage factory of san diego. suddenly started icing up, and would not cool below 50. Unplugged and defrosted, and restarted but the same result. Factory said unfixable. I know I am old school, but hate to add to landfill if something can be fixed. I have replaced capacitors or minor parts on other appliances that I was told would be many hundreds to fix, or unfixable. Any ideas on this as to what I might check or replace? I am a former electrician, and pretty handy.
