Does this model have self diagnostics?

GE Adora Refrigerator Model # DFE29JMDAES

The freezer warms up to around 20 degrees, then goes back down to about 5 degrees, then back up. The fridge is holding constant around 36 degrees. Now the ice maker in the door stopped making ice. We have had some severe storms with power outages the pass few months. Trying to repair myself.
